The Morgan Hotel

I worked on the The Morgan Hotel case study, illustrating how SuitePad’s performance-based in-room tablets transformed guest experience and hotel operations. The Morgan, a 168-room boutique in Dublin, introduced SuitePad’s Green Option and later the Stay Manager feature.

Within just four months, they saw 188 additional breakfast bookings and saved €2,500 per month on housekeeping by letting guests skip cleanings. The digital platform also achieved high guest engagement—about 3 minutes 40 seconds per session and 5,000+ monthly page views. This project stood out to me because it shows how integrating intuitive digital tools not only streamlines workflows and cuts costs—but also enhances the guest journey in measurable, meaningful ways.
