In this project, I presented SuitePad BYOD—an elegant, web‑based ‘bring your own device’ solution for hotels. It’s designed to elevate the entire guest journey by giving travelers convenient, app‑free access to hotel services via QR code or link on their own smartphones, tablets, or laptops.

Pre‑arrival, guests explore amenities, arrival details, and local recommendations right from their inbox. During their stay, they can effortlessly order room service, book spa treatments, request housekeeping, or contact the front desk from anywhere on‑property. Post‑departure, the same link keeps the connection alive—encouraging feedback, loyalty sign‑ups, and repeat visits.

All content is managed through a unified cloud‑based CMS shared with the in‑room tablets—ensuring consistent branding and real‑time updates, while simplifying operations for the hotel team. Building on the in‑room tablet’s capabilities, BYOD truly enhances accessibility and cohesion across the guest experience.
